Contact and Accounts Data

The privacy, security, and integrity of our Customers' data are our highest priority. Therefore, Teranga Software will not sell, rent, or trade any contact or account data stored on our sites. Information stored by Customers is available only to members of the Customer's group that are authorized to access the information. This information is protected by a UserID, Password and a special Access Code.

Order

We request information from the user on our order form or on the Subscription Agreement entered into between Teranga Software and the Customer. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and billing address) and financial information (like credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill Customers' orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user. Teranga Software does not use cookies.

Log Files

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, and track user's movements.
