BeyondCRM is based on the latest Microsoft internet technology.

• File Storage: 180 MB for files, pictures... Additional storage available for a small fee

SECURITY

We organize our security efforts into two areas: physical access and Web-based access. To protect data from physical access, our data center employs 24-hour biometric admittance to keep anyone from entering without full security clearance. For Web-based security, our system configuration employs these measures and more:

Internet firewalls

Firewalls block all attempts to access our data center other than from methods and points that we allow.

128-bit secure socket layer (SSL) data encryption

Users can access their data through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. You can choose SSL to be optional or mandatory for your users. As the leading encryption protection method available, 128-bit SSL technology is the industry standard, ensuring the privacy and security of your data as it passes through the Internet. 

Application-only access

The system is divided into layers that separate data from the application. Everyone who logs in only has access to the application layer so no one can access your data to maliciously alter it.

The application is proctected with a three level login (Company code, user ID, User password). Within the application, every user is assigned a specific role with specific permissions to only see and use the features related to their job function. The system also detects if your connection is idle and automatically disconnects to prevent someone else from sitting at your computer and using your access.
